Greetings...My family and live in rural Alaska....we have been at our property for 10 years now..we have 6 beautiful children.... my wife and I have been married for 20 years..we have a small goat farm and live on subsistence and trade/barter...we quit participating in the kingdoms of men four years ago... didn't do and paperwork.....my wife and children have been kidnapped by OCS...I was charged with a misdomeaner 4th degree assault for spanking my 14 year old too hard on butt with a 2ft bamboo stick....she ran away for 1 night in rebellion and on her way home informant neighbors snaged her up and intervened...police took her to interrogation and convinced her she was too scared to go back home ...i went to jail for a night and this started last week...wife and children taken more than 200 miles away to my wicked mothers house...I plead no contest..judge ruled in my favor...no jail...take a parenting class...2 years probation...and comply with ocs... the delima is we ocs is a corrupt process that totally skirts any DUE process...not to mention vaccine pushers...none of children have ever been vaccinated..never public schooled...all but 1 were born out of away from hospitals...my eldest is 14 and youngest is 1 years old ....they have not actually taken legal custody of the children as of yet...they have been holding them hoping to make coerce my wife into who knows what to take the children...james

We The People

We the people of the United States are ruled by law, not by feelings. If the courts allow states and their agencies rule by feelings and not law, we become a nation without law that makes decisions based on subjectivity and objectivity. CPS has been allowed to bastardize and emasculate the Constitution and the rights of its citizens to be governed by the rule of men rather then the rule of law. It is very dangerous when governmental officials are allowed to have unfettered access to citizens home. It is also very dangerous to allow CPS to violate the confrontation clause in the 6th Amendment were CPS hides, conceals and covers up the accuser/witness who make report. It allows those individuals to have a safe haven to file fraudulent reports and CPS aids and abets in this violation of fundamental right. All citizens have the right to know their accuser/witness in order to preserve the sanctity of the rule of law and that the Constitution is the supreme law of the land.
