Exposing The Truth Of The Family Courts & CPS
Bringing America The Truth

Citizens Social Worker Accountability Project

Citizen’s Social Worker Accountability Project

The whole stack of lies, misrepresentations and false information with which Social Workers freely saturate their reports, become so overwhelming, to try to fix them all seems hard.  NOT fixing them is even harder. Trying to get information corrected during an appeal becomes labeled UNTIMELY, and you may loose a chance to save your case and your children.

A motion to strike page can be used to promptly correct each and every issue brought up in the Social Worker’s report.

First (PAGE 1) Motion to Strike Pleading

Index – Use this page to track which items are declared struck from the record during your hearing on it.

(Strike Page) specifying the EXACT words that you want removed from the report. Use one form page for each item/issue/subject.

(Proof Page)Attach your proof of the truth to the “Strike Page”

**You repeat a “strike page” and proof page for each item issue/subject you want struck from the record.  If the social worker lied on every page of a 35 page report, you might have 35 Strike and Proof pages. The object of doing these so specifically, is to help correct everything you can, before it comes back later to bite you! Some Social Workers keep things muddled.

A  Motion to Augment the record: This requests that, after consideration of your evidence, your own statement of truth replace the lies of the Social Worker.

Index: Use this to track which items are augmented to the record during your hearing on it.

(Augment Page) Specify the EXACT truth you want the court to note and add to the record.  Again, use one augment form page for each fact/issue/subject. Again, attach your proof of the truth.

All Motions must be signed and dated as shown below
